Job summary

Garratt-Callahan Co is hiring a Chemical Service Technician to support the Atlanta territory. You will conduct water testing, analyze results, and help grow the customer base while working from home within a defined territory.

The role offers an industry-competitive salary with a $675 monthly car allowance and opportunities to progress to a Territory Manager. Responsibilities include solving water problems, treating boilers and towers for efficiency, and training with veteran managers.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Mechanical Engineering, Paper Science, or Water Resources.
• One year of technical sales experience or internship in water treatment chemicals preferred, but training is available.
• Must live in Atlanta or nearby and be familiar with the industrial market.

Responsibilities

• Solve customers' water problems at client sites.
• Treat boilers and cooling towers to maintain energy efficiency.
• Perform detailed water testing and analysis at industrial sites.
• Assist in selling Garratt-Callahan products and monitoring technology.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and support Territory Managers.
