Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. in Burgettstown, PA is seeking a Water Treatment Plant Technician to monitor and operate brine treatment and sludge processing systems at our water facility.

This hands-on role includes loading/unloading trucks, regulating system flows, conducting daily inspections, and maintaining records for regulatory compliance. The role follows a 2-2-3 schedule with shifts 6am–6pm, rotating day/night monthly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of water treatment experience.
• Strong understanding of water treatment and solids removal operations.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb up to 30 rungs.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate brine treatment and sludge processing equipment.
• Load and unload trucks following proper procedures.
• Monitor control panels, adjust valves, and regulate flow rates.
• Record accurate operational data in databases and logs.
• Conduct visual inspections and interpret meters, gauges, and test results.
• Start and stop pumps, engines, and other equipment as needed.
• Collect samples and assist with laboratory testing.
• Maintain records to support regulatory compliance.
• Perform daily operational checks and periodic pump inspections.
