Job summary

The Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC in Burgettstown, PA is seeking a Water Treatment Plant Technician to operate brine treatment and sludge processing systems. You’ll monitor control panels, load/unload trucks, track data, and ensure regulatory compliance in a hands-on facility.

You will work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with day and night shifts, participate in safety programs, and maintain accurate records while supporting daily plant operations and testing in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a water treatment or related facility.
• Strong understanding of water treatment and solids removal operations.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding, high-risk environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb up to 30 rungs.
• Full-Time | Plant-Based | May include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Description

As a Water Treatment Plant Technician, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and operating brine treatment and sludge processing systems at our water treatment facility. This hands‑on role includes loading/unloading trucks, regulating system flows, conducting daily inspections, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment with exposure to both mechanical systems and process control technology.

Work Schedule

• The position follows a 2-2-3 work schedule, which consists of two consecutive workdays, followed by two days off, and then a three-day work period. The following week you will have a three-day weekend. This rotating schedule provides a mix of extended weekends and varied daily shifts, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
• Our shifts are 6am to 6pm and will rotate day and night on a monthly basis
