Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Technician - Water Operations in Waynesburg, PA to set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water systems supporting fracking and production activities. You’ll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs, including overnight travel.

No experience is required—we will train you. This field-based, full-time role offers 12-hour shifts, outdoor work in all weather, strong safety procedures, and a path for quick

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work outdoors in physically demanding environments.
• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight)
• Field-Based - Full-Time
• 12-hour shifts possible
• Travel and overnight stays as required
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
