Carroll Water is seeking a motivated Water Treatment Specialist Apprentice to join our growing team. This hands-on role offers training in the water treatment industry while working with experienced technicians in residential and commercial settings.

We value a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Training leads to advancement into Water Treatment Specialist or Water Treatment Technician roles. Travel to Baltimore area customers is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Water Treatment Technicians with installation, service, and maintenance of water treatment equipment.
• Safely lift, carry, load, and unload equipment and materials.
• Replace filters, collect water samples, and clean/maintain equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the Baltimore surrounding areas.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Assist with loading company vehicles and transporting materials to job sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Carroll Water is seeking a motivated and dependable Water Treatment Specialist Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the water treatment industry while working alongside experienced technicians in residential and commercial environments.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement into a Water Treatment Specialist or Water Treatment Technician role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Water Treatment Technicians with installation, service, and maintenance of water treatment equipment
• Safely lift, carry, load, and unload equipment and materials

• Ability to safely move equipment and materials in and out of customer homes and job sites

Additional Requirements
