A.O. Smith is a global leader in water heating and treatment solutions, headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. This role focuses on assisting customers to improve their water quality, while facilitating marketing, sales, installation and service of water treatment systems for residential applications.

You will diagnose water conditions, recommend treatment options, and coordinate service and scheduling with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Email and Windows.
• Responds promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance.
• Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Must have clean drug test and subject to random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale of water treatment systems
• Key contributor to marketing and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate the installation and service of residential water treatment solutions
• Diagnose customers water conditions and recommend proper treatment solutions for the family's needs
• Provide quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and company expectations have been met
• Assist with the scheduling of service and sales appointments and direct customer questions to the appropriate department
