Franklin Water Treatment, Aqua Systems in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Service Technician II to install, maintain and service residential water treatment systems with a customer-first approach.

You will follow detailed procedures, meet daily schedules, and apply problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance on every visit. This role offers overtime eligibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
• 2–5 years' experience in water treatment, plumbing or related mechanical trade.
• Journeyman Plumber or Restricted Appliance License required.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and customer service skills.
• Punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service residential water treatment systems.
• Follow detailed installation/service instructions and schedules.
• Evaluate and repair problems in existing customer systems.
• Comply with Health & Safety requirements during installation and service.
• Provide five-star service from first hello to final walkthrough.
