Job Description

Moore Water & Air is a water filtration and air purification company serving customers throughout eastern North Carolina.

A service technician is responsible for providing technical repair and service work to a customer's water treatment system. These professionals may install and service a wide range of water filtration units, including diagnostic review, repair and replacement of parts as well as the replacement and installation of equipment.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with both customers and co-workers
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must provide basic hand tools
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
• Ability to commute: Wilmington, NC 28405 (Required)
• Work Location: In person
