Job Description

Job Overview:
You will primarily be responsible for providing quality service to clients in the Commercial, Industrial, and Healthcare marketplaces. The systems include steam boilers, cooling towers, open and closed loops, potable water disinfection and treatment, high purity water treatment, reverse osmosis, deionization, softening, ion exchange, and other water treatment systems. This involves completing contractual services in your assigned accounts and providing customers with problem-solving support. You will also assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in current customers and transitioning competitively-held accounts to Klenzoid. Building strong relationships with your customer base to generate high customer satisfaction is essential. Salary will be based on related experience.

Main Responsibilities

1. Provide routine service support to assigned accounts and execute customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
2. Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys of prospective customers.
3. Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in existing and new accounts.
4. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the accounts you support.
5. Provide technical support to customers; identify and resolve challenges, escalating as needed.
6. Perform repair services on chemical injection equipment, including soldering when necessary.
7. Engage in system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
8. Support Klenzoid innovations and technology.
9. Occasional off-hour and overnight travel for advanced training seminars and within the region may be required.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma with industry experience.
• Understanding of boiler, cooling, potable, ultrapure, and disinfection water treatment concepts and applications.
• Ability to obtain pesticide application license and water operator licenses as necessary.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pumps, spraying systems, chemical handling & storage, fluid flow/dynamics.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Practical computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal systems.
• Verifiable industry experience and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Technical or Community College Degree.
• 5+ years of successful technical service or field sales support experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience supporting new construction projects.
• Ability to work autonomously with a demonstrated strong work ethic and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
