Job summary

Environmental Improvements, Inc. is seeking a Chemical Feed Product Coordinator to support and optimize Vessco Water's chemical feed equipment and systems business.

You will act as the SME between sales teams, manufacturers, customers, and internal operations to ensure opportunities move smoothly from identification to execution. The role partners with regional sales, engineers, and operations to develop quotes, track projects, and drive profitable growth across municipal and industrial water

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in sales support, project coordination, or customer service in water/wastewater.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized project documents, submittals, invoices, and related materials.
• Direct sales opportunities and guide regional teams with quotes and tracking.
• Maintain visibility of opportunities, backlog, and project status.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations and proposals independently.
• Maintain accuracy in CRM data and generate regular performance reports.
