Solenis is hiring a Water Treatment Sales Representative to join our team in the United States. You will build and manage a geographic territory, selling water treatment solutions to industrial, commercial, and municipal customers, while partnering with our technical experts to deliver value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve real problems.
• Comfortable traveling within your territory.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers.
• Spot opportunities to improve water systems, boost efficiency, and reduce downtime.
• Perform on-site water testing & analysis (training provided).
• Deliver value-driven proposals showing customers how they save time and money.
• Grow new business and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with technical experts to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Prospect via calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
