Job summary

ENTACT is seeking a Project Manager/Engineer - Water Treatment to lead the full life cycle of water treatment systems on projects nationwide. The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and a proactive leadership style with readiness for travel.

You will plan, design, and oversee system development, generate estimates, and support preconstruction with vendor bids and schedules, ensuring safe, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, civil, or environmental engineering.
• Proven track-record with extensive experience with water treatment systems in environmental remediation projects.
• Extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Competence in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Projects software.
• HAZWOPER and OSHA training required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license with no driving restrictions which interfere with job requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and direct work in a safe and compliant manner.
• Read water quality analytics and produce block flow diagram for the type of system needed based on influent analytical results and effluent discharge criteria using AutoCAD software.
• Able to generate water treatment system mass balance using Excel.
• Develop water treatment system process piping, instrumentation, and treatment drawings in AutoCAD.
• Generate water treatment system process equipment layout drawing and piping isometrics to construct system.
