The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of experience in project management, particularly in mechanical systems. We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $120,000 USD per year plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of project management experience in industrial water treatment, mechanical systems, or related industries.
• Proven experience with mechanical RFPs and pre-construction processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial water treatment projects from initiation through completion.
• Review, develop, and respond to mechanical RFPs.
• Support pre-construction planning, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Coordinate closely with logistics and transportation teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and subcontractors.
