Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee industrial water treatment projects from pre-construction through execution and closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and proven experience in managing RFPs, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes a salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of project management experience in industrial water treatment, mechanical systems, or related industries.
• Proven experience with mechanical RFPs and pre-construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial water treatment projects from initiation through completion.
• Review, develop, and respond to mechanical RFPs, including scope definition and cost estimates.
• Coordinate closely with logistics and transportation teams for timely delivery of equipment.
