Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage water treatment projects from award through to completion, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to execute projects efficiently
  • Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and implement corrective actions where required
  • Oversee project documentation including reports, work plans, and deliverables
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for water treatment systems and services
  • Review technical documents to define scopes of work
  • Collaborate with technical staff to develop practical and cost-effective treatment solutions
  • Support tender submissions and participate in contract negotiations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
  • Support internal financial reporting and performance tracking
  • Ensure project activities align with applicable environmental and regulatory standards
  • Provide high-level coordination of field operations without direct day-to-day field execution responsibilities
  • Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving in collaboration with field and technical teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and systems
  • Participate in regular meetings with the cross functional team and management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Train and mentor other staff on best practices for water treatment services
  • Work safely in accordance with customer workplace health & safety procedures
