Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Project Manager for water treatment projects to oversee execution from award to completion on-site in Pueblo, CO. You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and clients, develop plans and budgets, and ensure delivery within scope and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of PM experience in water-related sectors, strong budgeting and negotiation skills, and excellence in communication. On-site role offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s OR Associate with 6+ years PM in water treatment
• Understanding hydrogeological and geotechnical concepts
• Experience in construction, remediation, mining, or oil & gas
• Estimating, budgeting, and financial management experience
• Strong understanding of water treatment systems and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to visit active job sites and engage with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water treatment projects from award to completion
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resources
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project performance and manage risks
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals
• Review technical documents to define scopes of work
• Support tender submissions and participate in contract negotiations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
• Provide high-level coordination of field operations
