Job summary

The City of Hermitage seeks a Maintenance Technician in the Water Pollution Control Department. This role monitors control panels, adjusts valves, interprets meter readings and operates pumps and generators to regulate sewage flow.

The position includes maintenance on equipment in the Food Waste to Energy Program and treatment plant equipment, assists with cleaning lines and manholes, and requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and basic mechanical knowledge.
