Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Procurement Specialist to handle end-to-end material procurement and delivery for an assigned treatment plant project. You will ensure alignment with project construction schedules and specifications, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maintain accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires 1-3 years of waterworks or treatment plant experience, plus project management training or PMI certification. Some travel (<10%) is expected as part of field coordination.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience with waterworks or treatment plant.
• Project management training and/or PMI Certification preferred.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end material procurement for an assigned treatment plant project.
• Coordinate with sales, estimators, and vendors to ensure accurate pricing and scheduling.
• Prepare and track purchase orders, submittals, and delivery documentation.
• Monitor changes to material requirements, pricing, and delivery dates to meet project specifications.
