Job summary

Core & Main LP is seeking a procurement professional responsible for end-to-end material procurement and delivery for a Treatment Plant Project. You will coordinate activities to align with construction schedules, manage change orders for materials, pricing, shipping and receiving, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with waterworks or treatment plant
• PMI Certification preferred
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Provide material pricing for customers and estimators with plan/spec interpretation and timely quotes.
• Coordinate with sales and credit departments.
• Prepare material submittals and coordinate with estimator, sales, vendors and customer.
• Create purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
• Ensure material accuracy, correct shipping, and alignment with plans and margins.
