Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is seeking a materials procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement and delivery for a Treatment Plant Project.

You will coordinate with sales, estmators, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery, accurate pricing, and compliance with project specifications. Responsibilities include preparing submittals, purchase orders, and manuals, while maintaining profit margins established by branch management.

Formación

• 1–3 years experience with waterworks or treatment plant.
• Project management training and/or PMI Certification preferred.
• Customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prices materials for customers and estimators with product application and plan/spec interpretation.
• Obtain accurate replacement costs from approved vendors.
• Coordinate with sales and credit departments and prepare material submittals.
• Prepare operation and maintenance manuals for items on the project.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with branch purchasing to obtain materials on time.
• Monitor shipping dates and communicate schedule changes to sales and customers.
