Job summary

Envirogen in Memphis seeks a dedicated Plant Operator to support ion exchange resin regeneration and water treatment processes. You will operate equipment, monitor systems, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate process records.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in industrial or water treatment operations. Forklift experience is a plus, and the shift may vary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in industrial or water treatment operations.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to receive and move materials.
• Inspect tanks for damage and repair cosmetics.
• Operate valves and controls for chemical application.
• Monitor meters, gauges, pressures, and instrumentation.
• Conduct QA/QC on regenerated resins.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs; inform maintenance.
• Document all operational activities accurately.
• Communicate issues with team and supervisors.
