Responsibilities

• Controls treatment plant machines and equipment to purify water for human consumption and industrial use.
• Operates pumps, motors, and valves to regulate flow and chemical dosing.
• Tests water samples to determine acidity, color, and impurities; records data.
• Monitors panel boards; adjusts controls for flow rates, pressure, and water elevation.
• Performs basic maintenance and uses hand/power tools for repairs.
