Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Water Maintenance Supervisor for the Jackson, MS water treatment plant. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and projects, ensuring asset management and contractual deliverables. Travel to client sites is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

Experience supervising or in a leadership position.
Experience with CMMS and managing large industrial systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry in CMMS.
Knowledge of safe work practices and federal/state water industry laws.
Five+ years in operations, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and direct maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Assist project manager in budgeting and estimating costs for repairs or replacements.
Review drawings, blueprints, and specifications for client projects.
Perform skilled mechanical repair work on water treatment plant equipment.
Analyze failures and prepare detailed reports/proposals for maintenance improvements.
