Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Water Maintenance Supervisor for our Jackson, MS water treatment plant. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and power generation equipment, directing repairs, installations, and improvements to maintain facility standards and asset management.

This role requires travel to client sites as needed. Ideal candidates have five+ years in operations or maintenance, supervisory experience, and familiarity with CMMS and SCADA/PLC

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in operations, maintenance, or related field.
• Experience supervising or in a leadership position.
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance management practices.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of safety practices and supervisory training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct maintenance of mechanical equipment and facilities.
• Support budgeting and estimating costs for repairs.
• Read blueprints and drawings for client projects.
• Provide on-the-job training and supervise staff.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
