Job summary

Seqwater, based in Landers, Australia, is seeking a qualified Operations Water Treatment role to maintain and optimise plant performance. You will work in a rostered, full-time capacity across multiple treatment plants, applying SCADA control and process knowledge to ensure reliable water supply and quality.

The role requires a Certificate II in Water Industry Operations or equivalent, a clean C-class licence, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate II or higher in Water Industry Operations or equivalent experience.
• Sound knowledge of water treatment practices and principles.
• Sound knowledge of water infrastructure and operation of related equipment.
• Possess a C class Drivers Licence.
• Strong computer skills including SCADA and telemetry systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, control and optimise water treatment processes across plants.
• Undertake duties to operate water treatment plants efficiently.
• Apply judgement to set chemical doses and process variables via SCADA.
• Resolve issues affecting plant output and water quality with remedial actions.
