Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required and valid TX driver's license
• Must be insurable by the Corporation’s underwriter
• Willing to pursue TCEQ Grade D Water, then Grade C
• Must complete listed trainings: Unit I Water, Unit V Water Distribution, Unit IV Surface, Water Laboratory

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to treat, test, and transfer water or wastewater.
• Handle chemicals in the water lab and maintain safety.
• Inspect and test equipment; report variations to supervisor immediately.
• Monitor readings, meters, gauges, and chemical levels throughout shifts.
• Perform routine lab tests: pH, chlorine residual, turbidity.
• Maintain facility grounds and lab area; participate in training.
