Select Water Solutions is seeking a Water Treatment Operator to safely perform assigned tasks at company locations. The role involves operating pumps, handling lab testing for H2S, ORP, pH, turbidity, TSS, iron, and residual chemicals, and performing chemical dosing based on water quality and customer needs.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of water treatment experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team while following safety procedures,

Qualifications

• One year of water treatment experience or equivalent training.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail oriented with emphasis on safety.
• Able to thrive in a team environment.
• Knowledge of lab tests such as H2S, ORP, pH, and turbidity.

Responsibilities

• Operate pumps and equipment for water treatment and perform lab testing.
• Dose produced water chemicals based on quality, rates, and demand.
• Load/unload materials onto trailers; transport equipment safely.
• Monitor gauges and adjust controls to meet required conditions.
• Set up pumps and generators at job sites and maintain safety procedures.
• Assist in containment and spill cleanup.
• Communicate with workers and other companies using radios and phones.
• Complete daily reports and keep work area clean.
