Pilgrim’s is seeking a Water Treatment Operator for our Arcadia, WI complex. The role focuses on daily operation and upkeep of the Water Treatment Department, with emphasis on inspections, equipment monitoring, and preventative maintenance. The position is full-time.

Starting wage is $23.31/hour. Benefits include vacation, 401K contributions on day 1, employee discounts, training, and potential career growth through our development programs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in the operations and maintenance of Water Treatment plants and related equipment.
• Must possess or obtain within 12 months of employment a Water Treatment Operator Certification.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language to communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain the Water Treatment Dept on a daily basis, including inspections and process monitoring.
• Load and move Bi-Product trailers and tankers; act as daily point of contact for trailer deliveries/pickups.
• Fill out Bi-product Bills of Lading and attach security seals when required.
• Clean the Water Treatment area and equipment; monitor and record control system data.
