Qualifications

• Minimum five years in municipal water treatment, production, or related operations.
• Must possess NH Water Treatment Operator License Grade III OIT, and CDL preferred.
• Experience with SCADA and chemical handling safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous, safe, compliant drinking water delivery per regulations.
• Lead operation and maintenance of wells, plants, tanks, and booster stations.
• Perform sampling, testing, and adjust treatment to meet quality targets.
• Plan preventive maintenance and minor construction for water infrastructure.
• Train staff in operation, safety, and regulatory practices.
• Maintain records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate capital projects as needed.
