North Texas Municipal Water District seeks a Water Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across four water treatment plants, three raw water intakes and seven pumping stations. You will lead a team, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance leadership, asset management, safety, and HazMat awareness.

Qualifications

• Ten years' maintenance experience, including mechanical/heavy equipment.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with chemical feed systems, treatment equipment, pumping systems, process controls, instrumentation, or critical infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and manage maintenance and asset renewal activities.
• Lead asset management, reliability-centered maintenance, and equipment lifecycle strategies.
• Oversee maintenance, inspection, testing, and reliability of critical treatment equipment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in handling hazardous chemicals.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Safety personnel.
• Mentor staff and manage work schedules and reports.
