Job summary

C&S Chemicals is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and service industrial water treatment systems across clients in Louisiana and surrounding regions. You will work directly with facility managers, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

The role blends hands-on service with customer relationship development and occasional business development activities.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial water treatment systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for industrial water treatment equipment.
• Install, calibrate, and service chemical feed systems at customer locations.
• Conduct water testing and analysis to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.
• Document service visits, including test results, repairs, and customer recommendations.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers regarding system operations.
• Respond to service calls and conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
