Job summary
Culligan Water is seeking an Industrial Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial water purification systems at customer facilities. You will work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and participate in an on-call rotation with occasional overnight travel in the Southeast.
The role requires 1–3 years of related service experience; a valid driver's license and basic computer skills are essential.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in industrial water treatment, plumbing, electrical or mechanical service.
- Experience with RO, DI, water softeners, pumps and related equipment.
- Strong safety mindset; ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license with clean record; basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial/industrial water systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system calibrations.
- Diagnose and repair RO/DI systems, pumps, motors and piping.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems including low/high voltage control wiring.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers; maintain docs.
- Travel in the Southeast with occasional overnight trips.
- Maintain service vehicles and identify opportunities for additional solutions.
