Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide frontline operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across multiple industries in the U.S. The role covers technologies including filtration, RO, IX, and UF, with travel up to 5% to client sites.

You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and optimize equipment, communicate with customer teams, and ensure compliance with specifications while maintaining documentation and inventories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial, oilfield, refinery, or chemical plants.
• Electrical, chemical, and/or mechanical experience required.
• Strong mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online training, EHS reporting).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and calibration on water treatment systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls on equipment.
• Consult with customer management and operation teams.
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Create and maintain site paperwork with detailed technical summaries.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals.
• Enter and complete work orders in MaintainX.
