Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to deliver on-site operations and maintenance for water treatment systems across multiple industries. You will work with technologies including media filtration, RO, IX, UF, and related instrumentation, performing preventive maintenance and calibrations.

This role requires independent work, travel within the region, and strong problem-solving and mechanical skills, with a focus on contract compliance, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Excellent mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills.
• Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC.
