Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative in the United States to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across diverse industries. The role covers maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on filtration, RO, IX, and other technologies, with travel to client sites.

You will consult with customer management and operations teams, monitor equipment performance, and ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED / equivalent
• 2+ years’ service/maintenance experience in industrial setting
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, EHS reporting)
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to respond to after-hours calls within 2 hours
• Valid driver's license and site access
• Forklift experience or certification
• 100% travel requirement

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment
• Create and maintain site paperwork with detailed technical summaries
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, etc.)
• Enter work orders, purchase orders and PM plans in Salesforce
• Record time in Kronos and submit expense reports
• Respond to system trouble calls and restore operation promptly
• Other duties as assigned
