Job summary

Veolia Group seeks a Field Service Representative to provide hands-on operations and maintenance for water treatment systems across diverse industries. You will work on technologies including filtration, RO, IX, deoxygenation, and UF, delivering detailed technical summaries to clients.

The role emphasizes field service, calibration, and troubleshooting, with travel and site responsibilities. A background in industrial environments and valid credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Industrial, oilfield, refinery, or chemical plants.
• Electrical, chemical, and/or mechanical experience.
• Excellent mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment.
• Consult with customer management and operation teams.
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDi, TOC, etc.
• Enter and complete work orders in Maintenance Program (MaintainX).
• Other duties as assigned
