Job summary

Veolia Dispatchable Field Service Representative is responsible for hands-on operations and maintenance of water treatment systems across multiple industries. You will work on technologies including media filtration, RO, IX, de-oxygenation, EDI, and UF, performing troubleshooting, calibrations and performance optimization for customer systems.

You will travel within the region as needed, consult with customer management and operations teams, and ensure safe, compliant service deliveries while

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Excellent mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills.
• Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements.
• Review customer plant installations and compare against WTS reference drawings (P&IDs
