Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Water Treatment Field Service Technician in Greer, SC to install, service, and maintain water treatment equipment at customer sites using a company vehicle. The role requires 2-5 years of technical experience, strong customer-facing skills, and a valid driver’s license. CDL is a plus.

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL preferred, but not required.

Xylem is looking for a Water Treatment Field Service Technician to report to our Greer, SC location and service our water treatment equipment at customer sites in the surrounding area.

What your day will look like as a Water Treatment Field Service Technician

The Water Treatment Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is especially encouraged.

This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.

The estimated salary range for this position is $26 to $30/hr.Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
