Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, seeks a Water Treatment Expert Field Service Technician to service our water treatment equipment at customer sites around Orlando, FL. The role installs, maintains, and troubleshoots equipment with a company vehicle and requires strong technical/mechanical background.

The position offers day shifts with overtime, on-call rotation, comprehensive benefits from health to retirement, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent required.
5–7 years of technical experience in process water systems.
Experience with PLCs and controls systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
Strong customer-facing communication and safety consciousness.
Ability to pass background checks and DOT medical certification (as applicable).

Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain water purification equipment at customer sites.
Operate from a company service vehicle and perform on-site diagnostics.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with safety in mind.
Coordinate with customers and provide detailed service reports.
