Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Water Treatment Field Service Technician in Orlando, FL to install, service, and maintain water purification equipment at customer sites. The role includes driving a company vehicle, coordinating with customers, and contributing to safety and quality standards.

The position offers day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a potential on‑call rotation. A HS diploma and 5–7 years’ process water experience are preferred; PLC basics and MS Office skills are desired.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years technical experience in process water.
• Basic controls ability (PLC).
• MS Office proficiency including smart devices.
• Clean driving record and a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain water purification equipment on customer sites.
• Utilize company service vehicle and engage with customers in a professional manner.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation with possible afternoons/weekends; overtime may apply.
