Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems. You’ll work on technologies including filtration, RO, IX, and UF, traveling to customer sites and coordinating with management and operations teams.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, ability to work independently, and travel up to 80% across the Midwest. Valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, safety-conscious

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or international equivalent with 2+ years of service/maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Bachelor/Associate in Science/Engineering or technical certificate in Instrumentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, pumps and instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; ensure adequate supply.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems and process performance.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, etc.) and report results.
• Review customer plant installations against reference drawings and propose improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
