Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across multiple industries. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting of valves, pumps, and instrumentation and includes customer training on system operation and maintenance.

Travel can reach up to 80% across Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, with strong safety, documentation, and performance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site-specific tests.
• Review customer plant installations and compare against reference drawings.
• Other duties as assigned.
