Job summary

Atlantic Blue Water Services in Westminster, MD is seeking an Entry-Level Water Treatment Apprentice. No experience required; paid training and a clear path to advancement are provided.

You will assist with installation of residential water treatment systems, support service calls, learn well-system basics, and interact with customers in their homes while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required and motivated to start a career in a skilled trade.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Install residential water treatment systems (water softeners, filtration, RO, UV, acid neutralizers, tanks).
• Support service calls and basic troubleshooting.
• Learn residential well system fundamentals.
• Interact with customers in their homes.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installation of residential water treatment systems, including:
• Water softeners and filtration systems
• Reverse osmosis (RO) systems
• UV purification systems
• Acid neutralizers and pressure tanks
• Support service calls and basic troubleshooting
• Learn residential well system fundamentals
• Work directly with customers in their homes
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
