Job summary

Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking an Entry-Level Water Treatment Apprentice (Paid Training / No Experience Required) to join our field-based residential installation team. You'll learn to install water softeners, RO, UV, and other treatment systems while working directly with customers in their homes.

This paid training role offers overtime, benefits, and a clear path to become a Water Treatment Technician with a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to perform physical work up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and grow in water-treatment field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential water treatment systems (softeners, RO, UV, acid neutralizers, tanks).
• Support service calls and basic troubleshooting.
• Learn residential well system fundamentals.
• Work directly with customers in their homes.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installation of residential water treatment systems, including:
  • Water softeners and filtration systems
  • Reverse osmosis (RO) systems
  • UV purification systems
  • Acid neutralizers and pressure tanks
• Support service calls and basic troubleshooting
• Learn residential well system fundamentals
• Work directly with customers in their homes
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
