Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking an experienced Residential Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team. This full-time role includes a company truck, benefits, and year-round work.

You will install, service, and repair residential water treatment systems, diagnose equipment, and communicate with customers to improve performance. Local travel and strong workmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential water treatment experience.
• Strong knowledge of water softeners, filtration, RO systems.
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to manage service calls independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Pass a background check.

Pay: $28-35 per hour

Schedule: Full-time position

Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking an experienced Residential Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Install, service, and repair residential water treatment systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment across major brands
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations

Qualifications

Preferred (not Required)

• Experience with well pumps and/or water heaters

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to use hands and arms for installation, repair, and tool operation
• Ability to work in residential environments, including tight or confined spaces

Work Environment

• Field-based role working in residential customer homes
• Local travel required
