Select Water Solutions is seeking a Water Transfer Operator to join the Water Transfer service line. You will work on outdoor crews, setting up, operating, and rigging down water transfer jobs safely in varying conditions.

The role emphasizes hands-on equipment operation, adherence to DOT/OSHA safety, and collaboration with team members. Prior energy sector familiarity is a plus and training is provided.

• Experience in the energy sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and rig down water transfer equipment and pumps.
• Load and unload pipe, hose, and field materials for transport.
• Monitor gauges and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions.
• Service pumps and generators at job sites and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required by task.
• Assist in containment and spill cleanup as needed.
• Communicate with crew using radios and signals.
• Operate hand and power tools as required.
• Transport equipment and personnel by truck, when needed.
• Complete training for DOT, OSHA, and safety requirements.
