Select Water Solutions is hiring a Water Transfer Operator to join our field crews. This role involves setting up, operating, and rigging down water transfer jobs outdoors, and performing tasks with pumps, hoses, and generators across job sites.

Applicants should be able to work in varying weather, follow safety procedures, and communicate effectively with team members. Training for DOT/OSHA safety will be provided as required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience and/or equivalent training.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented due to safety requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a team environment.
• Energy industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment, policies, procedures, and safety strategies.

Responsibilities

• Laying and picking up poly line, lay flat hose, running transfer pumps, and essential equipment for water transfer operations.
• Loading and unloading pipe, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks.
• Observing machine operations, gauges, and adjusting controls to maintain specified conditions.
• Setting and servicing pumps and generators at job sites.
• Following safety procedures and using PPE as required.
• Assist in containment and spill cleanups.
• Communicating with workers using signals, radios, and phones.
• Using hand and power tools to support operations.
• Driving trucks and vehicles to transport equipment and personnel.
• Completing DOT, OSHA and safety training as directed.
