Select Water Solutions is seeking a Water Transfer Foreman to lead outdoor crews, safely setting up, operating, and rigging water transfer projects with pumps, poly line, lay flat hose, and generators.

The role requires supervisory experience in oil & gas, strong communication, and mechanical aptitude. You will work outdoors in various weather, maintain safety standards, and contribute to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of oil & gas / rig experience.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Safety oriented and able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Mechanically inclined and able to identify dangerous conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead jobsite activities safely and effectively as a Foreman.
• Laying and picking up poly line, lay flat hose, and operate pumps and equipment.
• Load/unload pipe and field materials for transport.
• Monitor machine gauges and adjust controls to maintain conditions.
• Safely set up pumps/generators and follow all PPE and safety procedures.
