Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Field Operator II or III - Water Transfer Tech in Midland, Texas. This 100% field-based role provides oversight of water-transfer operations supporting construction, drilling, and completions.

2–5 years of relevant field experience is required, with level determined by experience. You will oversee rig-up/rig-down, supervise water lines, hoses, pond-to-pond transfers, and ensure safety compliance with PSMS and WMS requirements.

• Hands-on knowledge of field water-transfer systems

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight of water-transfer operations from supply-water pipelines and ponds to receiver sites
• Attend and oversee rig-up and rig-down activities for water-transfer operations
• Support water-transfer activities at frac pads, construction, drilling, and completions
• Oversee field water lines, hoses, poly pipe, connections, pumps and equipment
• Verify contractor compliance with safety programs (PSMS/WMS) and procedures
