Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide phone and email technical support to customers, sales, service, and internal personnel. You will apply knowledge of Xylem Water Technologies products, applications, and scientific principles to answer questions and assess customer needs.

Responsibilities include handling leads, warranty support, troubleshooting water systems, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• At least 2 years' experience or equivalent work exposure to fundamental theories.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and simulation software.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails with in‑depth technical information on Xylem technologies products and applications.
• Qualify and enter thrive leads and assign to sales teams.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of Xylem Technologies products and applications, market trends and competitive products.
• Support customer warranty claims and report problems to appropriate personnel.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide water system problem solving.
